- COD requires a 30.888% upfront fee to reserve the product. The remaining balance is paid upon delivery.
- Cash & Carry requires full payment at collection.
- Refunds & Returns
- For imported products, the 30.888% upfront fee is refundable only if the product has defects.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Delays due to shipping, customs, or circumstances beyond our control may occur. We will make every effort to deliver products as promised.
