- Local Delivery (Lusaka)
- In-stock products are delivered within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Shipping fees apply unless you choose self-collection, in which case shipping is free.
- Imported / Out-of-Stock Products
- Delivery time: 7–14 days by air, 60 days by sea.
- Shipping fees are applicable and non-refundable.
- Delays may occur due to shipping, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to deliver your order promptly.
- Self-Collection
- Customers may collect in-stock products directly from our location.
- Shipping fees are waived for self-collection orders.
- Tracking & Updates
- Customers will be notified once the order is shipped.
